When fear knocks, let trust answer.
David never pretended he wasn’t afraid. He was honest about it: “What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee” (Psalm 56:3, KJV). Fear will come. What matters is what we do when it does.
David answered fear by remembering who God is. “The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?” (Psalm 27:1, KJV). When we know God is our light and our strength, fear doesn’t have the last word.
